These happy birds are raised in portable pens moved daily to fresh grass. They get plenty of greens & Bugs, exercise, fresh air, and sunshine. Research reflects that pasture raised animals have higher amounts of healthy Omega 3 fatty acids (the good fats). They also get a farm-mixed ration of corn, oats, soybeans meal, alfalfa hay, and sea kelp to complete all their protein, vitamin, and mineral needs.
